When making an inquiry, first please agree to the following items and then fill in the inquiry form.
- The Frequently Asked Questions lists many questions that are often asked by customers. Please check the FAQ before making an inquiry.
- When making an inquiry, please correctly fill in the information and your contact details on the inquiry form at the bottom of the page. We may respond to your inquiry by phone in order to confirm the details of your situation and respond accordingly.
- For email inquiries sent outside of business hours (Saturday, Sunday, Public holiday, End-of-Year/New Year holiday period), we will check the details from the following business day. For inquiries regarding planned power outages or urgent matters, please contact the Call Center on 0800-777-3081.
